At JodnarMart, we stand behind the quality of our products and our commitment to authenticity. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.
1. Return Window
You have 15 to 20 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
2. Eligibility for Returns
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please note the following conditions:

Sealed Products: Health and wellness products (such as herbal powders or supplements) must have the original seal intact.

Damaged Items: If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately at support@jodnarmart.com with photos of the item and packaging.

Exclusions: Perishable goods, customized items, or products marked as "Final Sale" cannot be returned.
3. Refund Process
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

Approval: If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment (e.g., Credit Card, UPI, or Bank Transfer).

Timeline: You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's or bank's policies (typically 5–7 business days).
4. Sourcing & Authenticity Note
As a retailer procuring from authorized USA-based suppliers and our own manufacturing units, we guarantee 100% authenticity. If your return request is based on a concern regarding product authenticity, please provide the details to legal@jodnarmart.com so we can verify the batch information with our suppliers.
5. Shipping Costs

Customer Responsibility: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item sent or defective product).

Non-Refundable: Original shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund if we provided the return label.
6. How to Initiate a Return
